Rearrange the steps of using Saltamol Inhaler.

I. Press the inhaler vertically at the same time inhale medication
II. Shake the inhaler and remove the cap of the inhaler
III. Exhale to allow more lung space to inhale medication and seal mouth around mouthpiece
IV. Hold breath for 10 seconds then exhale through nostril and repeat if necessary
